Well, Gentoo’s 2004.3 LiveCD/Package CD is out now. Should be good, here’s a look at what they have changed:

* Added ppc64 support
* amd64 and ppc switching to gcc 3.4 as their compiler of choice
* sparc releasing only sparc64 media
* amd64 and x86 switching to a single kernel for the LiveCD

Personally, I enjoyed Metroid Prime (1) greatly, one of the best games out there in my opinion.

This happens to be the list off of GameSpy’s release page of all games coming out from November the 15th-17th. Wow, looks like Christmas is coming soon.

Personally, I’m looking forward to Half-Life 2 (No, you think? I haven’t talked about it at ALL), GoldenEye (GCN), the Call of Duty expansion, and Metroid Prime 2, but Need For Speed Underground 2 would appeal highly to racing fans, as I’ve heard many people talk about it. Sonic Heroes was pretty fun for me on the GameCube, but I haven’t beaten it yet. World of Warcraft (23rd of November) looks to be a great game as well.

By the way, their Half-Life 2 date is wrong. It’s the 16th. (simultaneously starting in PST at midnight, so EST gets it at 3AM, I think) December 31st seems to match the 16th in volume of releases.
